HOW DO I PAY FOR SENSIBLE REWARDS?

All payments are processed through the convenience of PayPal. By doing this, you can be sure you are using a trusted and protected source of invoice processing. PayPal creates a customer file for you, which will save you time on your future Sensible Rewards purchases!

HOW ARE SENSIBLE REWARDS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED?

All of your Sensible Rewards orders will be shipped and delivered via the United States Postal Service. This is convenient since it avoids a trip to the store and having to deal with traffic, parking, and gas! Delivery charges include shipping, handling, and processing.

WHEN WILL MY DOGS’ TREATS ARRIVE?

Sensible Rewards are handcrafted with care in a commercial kitchen here in the United States. All orders placed Monday-Thursday will leave our facility within 72 hours of your order being received for processing.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do our best to package and ship your Sensible Rewards in a safe way. If for some reason your Sensible Rewards arrived smashed or crumbled, please send them back to us and we will be more than happy to send you a new bag of treats.
